All-State Choir Takes 6 Farmington Students

It is with immense pride that we announce our selections to the 2019-2020 All-State Choir program. This year we had 6 honorees, a record for our choir program! We are so proud of these students for their hard work and dedication – the All-State Music program is truly the highest honor for a high school music student and it is a very competitive audition process.

Students will spend a week at the All-State Music Camp in August; this year at St. Olaf College.  The week will culminate with a concert on the last day.  The following February, the choirs will meet again, this time to perform at Orchestra Hall.

Choir Members include: Isaac Bui (TTBB Choir), Lucas Laden (TTBB Choir), Eric Markwardt (TTBB Choir), Jack Baumbach (TTBB Choir), Alex Kiage (SATB Choir), and Teresa Kiminski (SSAA Choir).

These students will be singing under the direction of these wonderful choral directors from throughout the country.

TTBB Choir- Dr. Michael Culluton- Concordia College, Moorhead, MN

SSAA Choir- Dr. Therees Hibbard- St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN
