Concordia College High School Choral Festival
Dear Concert Choir Families,
We are so excited about our opportunity to bring FHS Concert Choir as a featured choir to the Concordia College High School Choral Festival on Jan. 24th-25th, 2020 in Moorhead, MN. This is a huge honor to be invited to sing with 3 other Minnesota high school choirs as well as the Concordia Choir under the direction of Dr. René Clausen. Our choir will get a clinic with Dr. Clausen, rehearsals with all choirs involved, and the option to take a voice lesson from the college staff. Our choir will be riding to Moorhead, MN in coach busses and will stay overnight in a hotel on Friday night. The experience will culminate with a concert in the Memorial Auditorium at Concordia College on Saturday, Jan. 25th, 2020 at 3pm.
Students and families have known about this date since last May when we were asked and all students are expected to attend. The Friends of Farmington Choir Booster has graciously donated substantial money towards the cost of two coach busses and the hotel for our students. Because of that generosity, each student will be expected to pay $65.00.

Families are welcome to attend the concert; it’s a nice little drive up to Moorhead, MN! 🙂
The choir is so excited for this event and we can’t wait to share our music at Concordia College!
